if factual ques us there then use points
if ques is both analytical and factual then use paragraph+pts
generally IR should have a strong conclusion in your own diplomatic language
took about 25-30 minutes to solve all ques this year........but my maths is good........normally it should have taken 40 minutes...............my handwriting is very fast so i never find difficulty with time.........so my case was little different..........secondly i only attempted aptitude ques initially........trivial calculation based stupid question i left for the end............
Attaching graph paper doesnt matter much as long as they r numbered.....but try to attacth them on same page where u attempted ques.............
